Is Nichable free for students and schools?
Yes. Browsing is free with no account, a student account is free, and Nichable never charges students to apply. Applications go directly to each organization.
Do students need an account?
Not to browse. A free account shows deadlines and how to apply, and lets a student save opportunities, track applications and get a fit check against their profile.
How are listings checked?
Every listing traces to the running organization's own official page, is checked before it's published and is re-checked over time. Fee-charging pay-to-play programs and sweepstakes-style scholarships are left out.
Can we link to Nichable from our school or district website?
Yes. Use the link text on this page, or link directly to the grade guides or your city's page.
Can I suggest a program or report a problem?
Yes. Use the contact page; we check suggestions against the organization's official page before adding them.
